When are meals delivered?

9am-5pm on Sundays. You will be notified via text when your driver is on the way and once more when your package is dropped off ~Pleas note, unfortunately due to our always-changing delivery routes we can not guarantee exact times of delivery. However, our packaging ensures the food can be left out safely for up to 2 hours. Please select your delivery days accordingly.

What is the cost of delivery?

The cost of delivery in metro Vancouver is $6 (excluding taxes). An additional $6 bag deposit fee also applies per 12 items ordered.

Which areas do you deliver to?

The cities currently being served are as follows. Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, **PLEASE NOTE ** WE DO NOT SERVE RICHMOND,SURREY, MAPLE RIDGE OR PITT MEADOWS.

How long does the food stay good for? Can I Freeze the meals?

The answer is highly dependent on the method of storage, as well as the ingredients in each meal. Our meals last minimum 5 days without any compromise to flavor or quality. We do include a “Best Before Date” label on all meals, however, this is only a recommendation and not considered a true expiry date. While much of the quality can be lost, the majority of our meals can be frozen up to 3 months.

How can I customize my meals?

You can customize each meal to your exact liking and macros using ingredients we offer on our "CUSTOM MEAL PREP" menu. Simply select "CUSTOM MEAL PREP" under the order tap and get started!

What do I do with the containers? How about the red compostable bags?

Whatever you want! The containers are recyclable and reusable, and the red bags are fully compostable so either clean them and keep them, or dispose of them responsibly!

What do I do with the insulated bags my food arrives in? what is a bag credit fee?

There is a $6 bag charge for every 12 items in your order. However we offer a $6 store credit to you for each bag that is returned to us upon your next delivery. Please note we do not arrange to pick up empty bags. This is simply an incentive for returning/subscription clients to save on shipping costs and for us to reduce our environmental impact. The bag credit has no monetary value and is returned to your account ONLY as store credit. We do not charge for damaged, or faulty bags as long as the bag is returned to us. * Due to food safety regulations we can not deliver your food without a cooler a bag.

What If I live in an apartment complex?

Not a problem, in fact, the majority of our clients do as well. You can always buzz our driver up to drop off your meals at your door even if you are not home! Make sure to include your buzzer number in your delivery instructions at the checkout.

What If I am not home when the delivery arrives?

No worries, we will drop off the meals at your door and send you a confirmation text message. Simply leave the bag from the last delivery outside of your door and your new meals will be dropped off in a new bag at your door. Our food comes in an insulated packaging so you'll have approximately 2-3 hours to get to your delivery after the drop off. We strongly recommend you do not extend this time for food safety reasons. What is your policy on late changes or cancellations?

In special circumstance we allow changes or cancellations to recurring subscription orders until Thursday 11;59pm. (Additional fees may apply) *We reserve the right to fully withhold the amount paid for ALL orders canceled anytime after Thursday 9pm on.

Do you accommodate specific diets (such as Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan, Keto, Gluten Free, ...)

Alongside our regular menu we offer a fully customizable menu that offers a wide range of healthy ingredients that can accommodate a vast majority of diets. Simply select your preferred ingredients and assemble your meals exactly to your liking!

What are the macros on your meals? Are there Macro labels on each meal?

Each meal will have its own unique physical label as well as an online macro-nutrient profile. Additionally our system allows you to assemble your meals based on specific macros when using the "Custom Meal Prep" feature (https://cravehealthiness.ca/custom)

How do I cancel or change my preferences?

Simply log into your account to change or resubmit your order and preferences You can also cancel or pause your subscription at anytime online by logging in to your account You can alternatively Email us at orders@cravehealthiness.ca and request these changes. Please beware! changes made via direct email can take up to 48 hours to reflect and may not be made before the deadline.

Is there a contract?

We do not require you to sign a contract as our service can be canceled at any time. However, we do have specific terms and policies regarding changes, late-cancellations, delivery charges, backup delivery logistics, food safety and storage, and bag-return as well as your online information security that we require you to agree to.

Is there a signup fee?

There is absolutely no sign up fee!

Is your food organic?

All grains, legumes, majority of our starches, fresh greens, spinach, broccoli, carrots, green beans, along with various spices and herbs used in our recipes are organic. Additionally our menu always offers premium options such as organic chicken breast, grass-fed beef, and wild seafood. Using the custom meal prep option you can ensure that 100% of ingredients used in your food are organic.

When are my bag credits returned to my digital wallet?

Your bag credits are returned to your account on the Monday following your last delivery day by 11:59 Pm.

Why Is there a $6 bag fee? Can I avoid this charge?

Due to food safety regulations we are legally obligated to deliver your food in insulated packaging. We decided on cooler bags with multiple use capacity instead of one-time use carboard shipping boxes. Each insulted bag fits 12 items therefore there is a $6 bag charge for every 12 items in your order. However we return the $6 back to you as store credit if the bags are returned to us upon your next delivery(s). Please note due to the volume of our deliveries we can not arrange to pick up empty bags. This is simply an incentive for returning/subscription clients to save on shipping costs by and for us to reduce our environmental impact. The returned bag credit has no monetary value and is returned to you ONLY as store credit. We do not charge for damaged, or faulty bags as long as the bag is returned to us.
