When are meals delivered?

10am-7pm on Sundays. You will be notified via text when your driver is on the way and once more when your package is dropped off ~Pleas note, unfortunately due to our always-changing delivery routes we can not guarantee exact times of delivery. However, our packaging ensures the food can be left out safely for up to 4 hours. Please select your delivery days accordingly.

What is the cost of delivery?

The cost of delivery in metro Vancouver is $10.0 (excluding taxes). An additional refundable bag damage deposit fee applies

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver Healthy Meals to All over Metro Vancouver! The cities currently being served are as follows. Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, At this point, we are unable to serve the municipalities not listed here.

How long Does the food stay good for? Is there an expiry date?

The answer is highly dependent on the method of storage, as well as the ingredients in each meal. Our meals generally last 3-5 days without any compromise to flavor or quality as we use no preservatives in our food. We do include a “Best Before Date” label on all meals, however, this is only a recommendation and not considered a true expiry date.

Can I Freeze the meals?

We do not recommend freezing our meals since much of the quality can be lost, However the majority of our meals can be frozen up to 3 months.

What do I do with the containers?

Whatever you want! They are recyclable and reusable, so either clean them and keep them, or donate them locally!

What do I do with the bags? Is there a damage deposit fee?

You will be assigned your own black insulated bags that your meals will arrive in. It is your responsibility to return the bag upon receiving next delivery, unless previous arrangement have been established. There will be a 10 dollar damage deposit only for the bags that are not ​returned. The charge will be refunded back to your account as credit once the bag is returned. We do not charge for damaged, or faulty bags as long as the bag is returned to us. *If you wish to receive your food in a regular plastic bag please  email us at info@cravehealthiness.ca

What If I live in an apartment complex?

Not a problem, in fact, the majority of our clients do as well. You can always buzz our driver up to drop off your meals at your door even if you are not home! Simply, make sure to include your buzzer number in your delivery instructions at the checkout.

What If I am not home when the delivery arrives?

No worries, we will drop off the meals at your door and send you a confirmation text message. Simply leave the bag from last delivery outside of your door, your new meals will be dropped off in a new bag at your door. Our food comes in an insulated package with an icepack so you'll have approximately 3-4 hours to get to your delivery after the drop off. We strongly recommend you do not extend this time for food safety reasons.

What is your policy on late changes or cancellations?

In special circumstance we allow changes or cancellations to recurring subscription orders until Thursday 9pm. (Additional fees may apply) *We reserve the right to fully withhold the amount paid for ALL orders canceled anytime after Thursday 9pm on.

Do we accommodate specific diets (such as Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan, Keto, Gluten Free, ...)

Alongside our regular menu we offer a fully customizable menu that offers a wide range of healthy ingredients that can accommodate a vast majority of diets. Simply select your preferred ingredients and assemble your meals exactly to your liking!

What are the macros on your meals? Are there Macro labels on each meal?

Each Meal will have its own unique macro-nutrient profile that is available to you when ordering online. Our system allows you to assemble your own meal package based on this specific macros of each ingredients. This information is also available in your order history. For an additional 1$ per meal we can provide a physical nutritional label on each meal if you request so.

How do I cancel or change my preferences?

Simply log into your account to change or resubmit your order and preferences You can also cancel or pause your subscription at anytime online by logging in to your account You can alternatively Email us at orders@cravehealthiness.ca and request these changes. Please beware! changes made via direct email can take up to 48 hours to reflect and may not be made before the deadline if submitted late.

Is there a contract?

We do not require you to sign a contract as our service can be canceled at any time. However, we do have specific terms and policies regarding changes, late-cancellations, delivery charges, backup delivery logistics, food safety and storage, and bag-return as well as your online information security that we require you to agree to.

Is there a signup fee?

There is absolutely no sign up fee!

How are my meals delivered?

Your meals are delivered in an insulated cooler bag on your selected delivery days by one of our drivers. It is is your responsibility to ensure we can drop off the package at the appropriate location by providing the buzzer number, gate access code or a contact number that can be reached immediately. Unfortunately due to our always-changing delivery routes we can not guarantee exact times of delivery. However, our packaging ensures the food can be left out safely for up to 4 hours.
